毛泽东撰中央关于召开有省市区党委书记和地委书记参加的中央会议的通知

上海局、各省市委、自治区党委：

今年国庆节前后，中央有可能召集各省市委区党委书记和各地委书记来京参加讨论农业合作化问题及其他问题的中央会议。因此请你们预作准备，并请你们通知各地委书记作准备。准备事项，主要是深入了解当地农业合作化运动的实际情况和制定一个切实可行的关于合作化的全面规划。此项准备工作，须于九月二十五日以前完成。
