毛泽东对电力工业的第二个五年计划的批语

此件写得很好。有了正确的政治观点，从政治上想通了，政治统帅了业务，迷信破除，胸怀坦荡，势如破竹了。除了已经写了较好报告的几个部以外，希望各部仿照几个好的报告写一个或长或短的报告给我和政治局各同志。如有好文章，可写上万把字。要条理清楚，政治统帅，思想明确，文字生动。
