鉴于1956年反冒进时期，对工作的缺点，宣传过多，给群众热情以很大打击，造成了马鞍形。而所谓缺点，事后检查，不过是十个指头的一个指头，或者还不到一个指头。那时有些人却大惊小怪，惊惶失措，是一种右倾情绪的表现。这个教训，千万不要忘记。
