毛泽东关于注意发表国外对华评论问题的批语

乔木、冷西：

(一)此件也似可发表；(二)日本及西方的一些有利评论，宜大量发表，污蔑评论，也要发表，加以驳斥。反华越恶毒，对我们越有利，因为敌人处在被动地位，不得翻身了。以上请酌。

再者：过一会，例如在国庆节后半个月的时候，将赫鲁晓夫反公社的演说，在人民日报发表，使他越处于被动，使全国人民知道赫鲁晓夫是反公社的。是否可行，请先想一下，届时中央再做决定。
