留有余地。

波浪式的前进。

我只是不同意反冒进，同意依形<势>改变计划，如1956年十一月全会，钱只有这么多，我是历来如此。

观察形势。

当机立断。

与人通气。

解除封锁。

一个人有时胜过多人，真理在〔他〕手里，不在多数人手里。

北戴河、武昌、北京、上海。

凡是看不懂的文件，禁止拿出来。

权力集中常委和书记处，我为正帅，邓为副帅。

一朝权在手，就把令来行。

我要找几位通讯员，叫做秘书，三委二部，然后再加几个部，你们可以找通讯员，为什么我不可以找一点通讯员呢?

李锐怕鬼，应改。

一机部较好，冶金部较差，希望改过来。

都是好同志，我无偏心，但要批评，使同志们找一个较好的工作方法，如果你们不投我的票了，拉倒。
