山西六级干部会议开得很好，揭露出来的问题和对这些问题给予解决的方针、政策和办法，都是正确的。这是一个对人民公社现存问题作了认真分析和适当处理的带系统性的文件，可供各地参考，并望结合自己的情况酌量予以采纳。本件及附件，可登党刊。
