通县发现五十六起买卖土地事件

北京郊区通县在宣传贯彻“六十条”当中，揭发出五十六起社员买卖土地事件。1962年上半年最多，约达四十余起。买卖的土地有五十起是房基地，四起是开荒地，两起是自留地。买卖地的数量一般在半亩左右，多的一亩八分，少的二、三分。地价高的每亩达一千余元。（编自北京市委“简报”）
