内江专区农村人口非正常死亡不少

新华社成都2日讯：内江专区各县从1月到4月8日，共发生非正常死亡事件三零三起，其中自杀、被杀事件二一二起，意外死亡九十一起，另1月到5月6日，还有五十六个小孩被水淹死、被火烧死、跌死。

据分析：发生非正常死亡的主要原因是：

1·不少地区为了完成兴修水利等基本建设任务，忽视安全生产。全区因忽视安全，淹互、跌死、被岩石或土墙倒塌压死等死亡的就有九十一起。

2·干部忽视对贫苦社员和老弱残废者的救济问题。部分老弱者以为“办了高级社，老年人没前途了”因此，从3月22日到5月2日，就发生五起老弱者自杀的事件。

3·因婚姻问题夫妇纠纷、群众纠纷自杀的也较多。（李朝）
