自白

(向承鉴：兰州大学化学系学生，1960年9月被捕，1962年判刑十八年)

我们信奉的是遵从马列主义基本原则的马列主义真理，（我们认为马列主义不是一成不变的教条。对于任何东西——人物、主义等的绝对崇拜，决非真正的马列主义 者。）它必须是符合客观事物的发展规律和能体现人民群众（特别是劳苦工农）的意志。我们反对的是已腐朽透顶而自己标榜为英明伟大的所谓共产党的现政权，并且矢志不移的为彻底的摧毁它而奋斗。我们的目的是要建立一个使工农劳苦大众幸福、人人平等、自由的社会，目前我们的口号是：和平、民主社会主义，反对修正主义和教条主义，最终的目标是实现共产主义。
