5、个别县发生死人事件，屏山县从本月九日到十九日十天当中就先后自杀而死了三人，一个是五峰公社团结管理区四队伙食团长赵华清，一个是新市小学总务陈中阶，另一个是大初公社平宁管理区二队会计罗世恒，主要原因是政策交代不清，方法粗糙，空气过于紧张。

针对以上存在的问题，地委已于二十六召开了县书电话会议作了研究解决。……（下缺）
