樊执中同志关於合川南坪公社干部违法乱纪情况的一些反映

一、在该社已伤亡的496人中，属於吊死、逼死、活埋的有42人；属于打残、打伤的有62人；属於因病但不少是强迫劳动、扣饭（一天三两）致死的有392人。这些非正常的伤亡大都是公社党委书记亲自主持下命令所造成的。

二、该社被罚款的有387户，罚款22400元；发生拦路抢劫的也有16起。

以上问题，现正继续深入的搞下去，可能在20日结束，对这个问题群众普遍反映“这是第二次解放”（土改是第一次解放）。
