中共蒙城县委关于生活分段安排情况的专题报告

全县计有170个大队，现实有农村人口593553人，根据各公社回排〔汇报〕，分两段安排：第一段从12月1号到明年2月底，每人每天主粮标准六至七两，高不超过七两，低不低于六两，第二段从3月1号到6月15号，每人每天主粮标准十至十一两，两段共需粮6179.02万斤，每人平均102斤（逐大队具体安排和现有粮分队排队附表）现实有粮5760.5万斤，尚缺粮418.9万斤，其解决办法是：复收复打粮80万斤，清仓粮29万斤，公社调剂粮193万斤，计302万斤，还缺粮117万斤，用红芋槎子补。特此报告。
