经我们讨论，同意你们对戴荣春同志的复查结论。撤销一九五九年八月十八日市委监委给予戴荣春同志留党察看两年，行政上撤职和降二级的处分以及市委甄别工作领导小组一九六三年三月一日关于戴荣春同志问题甄别结论的批复，从一九七八年十月起恢复原工资级别(行政十三级)
