现将“辽宁省委批转省委基本建设部关于基本建设部门临时工人问题的报告”转发给你们参考。基本建设队伍中的临时工人是一支重要力量，对于保证完成国家基本建设任务起着重大的作用。过去由于对基本建设的临时工人工作重视不够，曾经发生过不少问题，甚至还发生过请愿、罢工、自杀事件。希望各地党委对于基本建设的临时工人工作，在最近抓紧进行一次检查，认真解决他们冬季生活方面存在的一些困难问题，并在今后加强对他们的经常的政治思想领导，切实地改进这方面的工作。
