关于渤海区党委询问基督教徒要求恢复教会问题，教会房屋可让出其足够传教用之房屋，土地已分配，不能退还。但对其传教活动可不加干涉，亦不要他们请求省政府批准。只有在他们进行非法活动时，才加以干涉。
