公安部对取缔帮会、会道门可缓进行给新疆省公安厅的批复

卯皓电悉：新省解放时间不久，关于取缔帮会组织可缓进行，至于帮会被特务操纵之情况，应积极布置侦调及打入工作，了解其确据后，以反革命论处，并在群众中揭发其罪行，借此教育群众，争取会众，待条件具备后，再宣布取缔。为妥。
