中央关于动员民主党派民主人士及高级知识份子参加或参观土改的指示

北京组织各大学教授民主人士参观华东、中南、西北三区土地改革，收效极大，上海也有同样经验。这些参观者回来之后，绝大多数都对土地改革和共产党有了新的正确的认识，相当地改变了他们本人的思想立场，鉴于这个重要的经验，各地必须抓紧时机，有计划地动员大批民主党派民主人士和高级知识分子在春假或暑假或今冬参加或参观土地改革，以便对他们进行政治教育。望各中央局迅速与各民主党派及各大学商妥订出计划分批实施，并将计划和实施情形报告中央（动员各大学教授计划并须报告中央教育部）。
