华东局关于在16个大中城市统一镇反行动的报告（节录）

四月二十五日召集南京浙江湖南公安局长来沪汇报三大城市统一行动进行大逮捕的准备情况。上海，南京，无锡，苏州，杭州，镇江，常州，常南，宁波，绍兴，嘉兴，吴兴，金华，衢州，温州，兰溪等均已大体准备好，可按预定计划于四月二十七日黄昏至二十八日拂晓统一行动。各地所拟定的逮捕名单大都是派出所及党群系统提出的，经区委公安分局直至市委，县委审核剔除复转到下面查证而最后决定的预计以上城市可捕16855名，上海9989名，南京1500名（已经在一个多月内捕到1500人），浙江271名，湖南265名。拟杀者除上海外为3200名左右，南京700名，浙江1500名，湖南1000名。
