目前各地乱打以及个别乱抓乱杀的现象已经停止，但较普遍的求快求宽的急躁情绪尚未完全克服。例如对划阶级粗糙，因此个别地区有不了解者划地主。但较多地区发生了提升阶级现象。又例如有的地方发生不限时间不分对象，追浮财，追金银，追转移，乱封仓封门，甚至有个别侵犯中农利益的现象。又例如部分地区发生斗争果实未及时分配，干部随便处理和浪费果实现象。…（pp.42－3）
