中共中央关于组织学习惩治反革命条例等三个文件的通知

各中央局、各大军区党委并转分局，各省委、市委、区党委及师以上人民解放军党委：

中央人民政府已于二月二十一日颁布了《惩治反革命条例》，在二月二十二日的报纸上已发表了这个条例及彭真同志向中央人民政府委员会关于这个问题的报告，《人民日报》并写了《为什么必须坚决镇压反革命》的长篇社论。以上三个文件，请你们迅即印成一本，广泛发行，并组织干部及民主人士普遍地进行学习，务使镇压反革命问题在全党及全国人民中获得正确的了解，批评各种错误的思想，以达坚决彻底地镇压反革命的目的。
