三月十八日电悉。同意在“三反”运动中关于对干部撤职及开除处分的报批手续，按中央过去规定的人事任免管理制度执行。

（一九五二年三月十八日）

中央：

政务院三月十一日公布的《关于处理贪污浪费及克服官僚主义错误的若干规定》第四项，其中规定“撤职及开除处分应隔两级批准”。为执行这一规定并简化与统一报批手续，我们建议按中央过去规定的人事任免管理制度执行，即撤职及开除处分的批准属于有权批准任免的机关。妥否，请批示。
