中共中央转发全国总工会党组关于如何巩固“五反”胜利的报告

全总党组并各中央局、分局：

三月二十二日全总党组《关于如何巩固“五反”胜利的报告》，发给各中央局、分局参考并加研究酌行和提出意见。其中所提市区节约检查委员会的组织在“五反”之后继续保存下来，是有必要的，但不必改名为工商检查委员会。此点及其在“五反”之后的具体组织和任务，望各地加以研究。关于在私人企业中工人监督生产问题，中央已有指示，现在只提监督生产和经营，不提参加管理（在资本家同意下，可以实际上参加管理，而不要有管理的名义，在名义上仍是监督而不是管理），而且必须在试办成熟，由中央决定之后，才能普遍推行，不要在各地盲目推行。
