中央关于高等学校进行“三反”应维持上课的指示

各地高等学校进行“三反”及思想改造运动，应以维持上课为原则，做到“三反”教学两不误。只在运动进入高潮，必须开全校师生大会时才可以暂时停课。根据华东、中南经验这样做是完全可能的。望你们切实督促检查，各地高等学校如有因三反运动至今尚未开课者，五一节后应立即开课。在运动进行中，如须全校停课，须经各地教育部（厅）批准。
