中共中央转发重工业部关于追赃定案艰苦斗争经验的批示

中央直属总党委；各中央局、分局并转省市区党委；各大军区及志愿军党委：

（一）现当“三反”运动进至法庭审判、追赃定案的阶段，必须认真负责，实事求是，不怕麻烦，坚持到底，是者定之，错者改之，应降者降之，应升者升之，嫌疑难定者暂不处理。总之，必须做到如实地解决问题，主观主义的思想和怕麻烦的情绪，必须克服。这是共产党人统治国家的一次很好的学习，对全党和全国人民都具有很大的意义。

（二）兹将中央重工业部关于追赃定案艰苦斗争的经验一件发给你们，请你们加以研究，并可在党刊上发表。
