中央催报五反判刑数字和标准以便中央研究

各中央局：

为了胜利结束五反斗争，各地对应判刑的工商户量刑标准，必须求得大体一致，因此希望各大行政区迅速通盘研究，提出各种判刑数字与量刑标准；特别是提出拟判处死刑的人数名单，并附具体材料与意见，于七月十日前报中央人民政府政务院，以便作通盘对比研究后批准执行。
