中共中央关于各级党委总结“三反”的报告必须结合整党情况的通知

各中央局、各大军区党委、志愿军党委：

中央在“三反”运动的开始，就提出了“‘三反’必须结合整党”。事实证明了“三反”运动确是一次实际有效的整党运动。但各地在总结“三反”的报告中，却很少提到结合整党的情况，如有的地方没有党员参加“三反”的数字，没有有关党员的贪污浪费、官僚主义错误的情况，没有对党员所犯错误处理的结果等等。因此要求各级党委在总结“三反”中，必须将结合整党的情况与做法，一并总结上报。
