西南局关于肃毒运动几个问题的通知(节录)

……截至10月15日止，全区已捕获毒犯21366人，占总毒犯总数105805的20.2％，处理毒犯总数3293名，仅杀68名，追缴烟毒85万两，仅达中央捕人规定的最低比例。运动发展不平衡，据初步统计在展开运动的地区内，捕人已达到20％以上的有80个市县，动手迟捕人不到10％的有20余个市县，还有21个县统计报告不清。（pp.8-9）
