中共安徽省委关于中小城市开展“五反”运动问题的指示

各地市委并淮矿：

从天津市经验与合肥目前情况看，小城市的“五反”必须多作准备，争取速战速决，不要急于出击，要集中一切力量，出击后，在蚌、芜最好廿天，在安庆、合肥最好半个月，县最好十天（只作参考），解决95％的小中大户问题，以免影响经济生活。天津经验及中央指示即发来。
