公安部关于云南昆明市捕获一贯道大道首廉俊杰的通报

云南昆明市于2月20日经过侦察工作捕获了云南省一贯道总道首廉俊杰及其他重要道首多人。云南经验证明：第一、不要以为已经捉了不少反动道首，没有捕获的都已“外逃”或“下落不明”了，可以松懈自满了。第二、捉大道首不是轻而易举的事，不做专案侦察，不做专门调查，不下苦功夫，是不能成功的。……
