中央关于农村党员是否可和地主老婆或女儿结婚以及在少数民族中建党的问题给西南局组织部的复示

一、同意你们对于“农村党员与地主老婆或女儿结婚的问题”按中央人民政府内务部答复人民日报读者的意见处理。

二、关于在少数民族中接收党员的问题，必须遵守该民族的风俗习惯。如果一夫多妻制已成为某一民族普遍通行的风俗习惯，则吸收他们当中个别够党员标准的人入党，可以不受一夫多妻的影响，但接收此类党员不宜过多。
