中共中央关于同意对北京市建筑公司工人请愿事件处理办法给全国总工会党组的批复

全总党组并中央劳动部、中央建筑部党组：

1月10日报告收悉。同意你们对北京市建筑公司工人请愿事件的处理办法。鉴于北京市建筑工人工资待遇标准混乱及各自为政乱拉工人的情况十分严重，而类似此次工人请愿事件将可能继续发生，决定由全总党组为主召集劳动、建筑两部及其他有关各部党组，对北京市建筑工人工资待遇及其他情况作一详细分析研究并提出适当的工资标准，报中央批准后实行。
