中央关于召开第二次全国组织工作会议的通知

兹决定于八月二十日以后（具体时间俟中央财经会议结束各地负责同志返回后另通知）召开第二次全国组织工作会议，主要议程为：

（一）关于抽调干部到新建，改建和扩建的重要厂、矿工作的问题；

（二）关于加强对干部的管理问题；

（三）关于审查干部的问题；

（四）关于整顿党的基层组织和发展新党员的问题。此外，还要研究一下关于干部的培养训练问题。

参加会议的人员为：各中央局，各局组织部长，干部处长；各省（市）委组织部长。望根据上述议程搜集材料，准备意见。
