中共中央关于农业生产合作社农业税负担问题给中南局的批复

中南局并告各中央局：

7月26日来电悉。可按你们意见：农业生产合作社之农业税负担仍按各户原有土地产量以户为单位分别计算并缴纳，为了照顾入社农户的土地收益，可将土地分红比例一般提高到50％。望转知湖南省在今年暂为试行，俟经过各地实验研究，确定了农业生产合作社交纳农业税的合理办法后，再作统一处理。
