中共中央转发中南局批转湖北襄阳县检察署对欧庙区粮食市场管理情况检查报告的批示

中南局、湖南省委并各中央局、分局并转省（市）委：

现将中南局批转湖北省委对襄阳县检察署对欧庙区粮食市场管理情况的检查报告，转发各地参考。中南局批语中指出一方面要加强初步市场的管理，另方面要严防乱立法令、乱提口号及非法捕人等“左”倾蛮干做法。中央认为中南局的意见是对的，望各地严加注意，防止和纠正同类错误做法的发生，并在粮食统购统销的工作中，严格执行毛主席所指示的既取得粮食又取得农民的原则，正确执行政策，避免造成农村混乱。
