同意你们所提的下列三个文件，望即贯彻执行：

一、“中共中央统一战线工作部关于资本主义体系国家内华侨统一战线工作与社团工作的若干意见”；

二、“中共中央统一战线工作部关于资本主义体系国家中华侨学校工作方针的意见”；

三、“中共中央统一战线工作部关于一年来国外华侨报纸（包括香港报纸）执行中央国外华侨报刊编辑方针之概况及今后工作的意见”。
