现将第二机械工业部党组《关于在国防工业企业开展肃反运动的意见》转发各地研究参考。目前全国国营厂矿企业和基本建设部门共约有职工600余万人，彻底肃清其中的暗藏反革命分子是一项十分艰巨的任务，必须统一安排，加强领导，做好准备，分批进行。请各省（市）委将你们在厂矿企业中进行肃反运动试点的经验和部署的意见报告中央。
