中共中央转发中央十人小组办公室整理的各地清理敌伪政治档案情况之一的批示

上海局，各省市委、自治区党委，西藏工委，中央和军队各部门，中央国家机关各部门党组和党委（请省委抄军区、省军区）：

现将中央十人小组办公室整理的《各地清理敌伪政治档案情况之一》发给你们。事实证明，清理这些政治档案对于肃反和审干工作有极大意义。事实又证明，不但省市机关存有这样的档案，地、县两级的机关中也有不少这样的档案。派遣一批忠实可靠的干部去整理这些档案是完全必要的。各地必须十分注意这个工作。对于那些至今仍对档案资料不加妥善管理甚至任意烧毁变卖的, 必须追究，按情节轻重给以处分。
