中央关于湖南临时省政府改组问题的电报

华中局并告湖南省委：

（一）十月十六日电悉。谭余保在北京时要求到地委去工作，我们已同意，并同克诚谈过。因此，他以不担任省政府副主席为宜。（二）陈明仁挂名为主席的临时湖南省政府，目前一二个月内如尚无必要实行改组，则不必马上改组，仍照现时状态做下去，待一二个月后再行改组为我党占比较多数同时网罗各方民主人士在内的统一战线的省政府，那时可重新审定名单。（三）关于以中原人民政府作基础网罗党内外各方人物建立统辖六省的军政委员会机构问题，将另电通知你们。
