漱石同志：

五月十一日报告收到。同意你的各项意见。华东各城市的反革命分子应当再逮捕几批，到逮捕干净时为止。各城市的捕杀批准权，如你认为有必要，可以推迟一个月到七月一日再收回至上一级，以利继续捕杀。此外请注意你自己及各级主要负责人的安全防卫。
