十月九日惠示敬悉，谢谢您。看土改事，同意您的意见。惟冬季气候是否适于先生身体，请加考虑，春季去似乎好些，那时还有土改。又先生这样高龄，只宜去看土改，不宜去做土改。并且看可以多走地方，做则限于一区一乡。还有，不单是土改一事，抗美、镇反、生产、教育、统战等项工作都宜在视察之列，如果精力上顾得及的话。

有一份关于西北少数民族工作的报告，可以一阅，阅后 请予掷还。致以
