中央转发高岗关于三反斗争报告的批语

各中央局，并请转发分局，各省市区党委，各同级政府党组和各同级军区，并告中央和军委各部门首长，中央政府各部门党组：

兹将高岗同志于本年十一月一日所作关于开展增产节约运动，进一步深入反贪污、反浪费、反官僚主义斗争的报告一件发给你们，中央认为这个报告是正确的。请你们重视这个报告中所述的各项经验，在此次全国规模的增产节约运动中进行坚决的反贪污、反浪费、反官僚主义的斗争。在展开这个运动和这些斗争之后，每一部门都要派出必要的检查组检查所属的情况，总结经验，向上级和中央作报告。
