中央转发华北局关于把领导重点转到工业生产和进一步发展农业生产的两个决定的批语

华北局，并告各中央局，并请各中央局转发所属分局、省市区党委：

（一）华北局送来的两个文件，即中共中央华北局关于把领导的重点放在工业生产上来的决定及中共中央华北局关于进一步发展农业生产的决定，均收到了，中央批准这两个文件，认为是正确的（只作少数文句的增加和修改）；（二）将这两个文件发给各中央局，各分局、各省市区委参考，并可在党内刊物上发表。
