中央转发华东局一九五二年华东工作纲要的批语

华东局，告各中央局，并请转所属分局及省市区党委：

（一）华东局十二月六日来电及一九五二年华东工作纲要均收到，中央批准这个工作纲要；（二）将这个工作纲要发给各中央局，分局，省市区党委，请加研究和参考，中央认为这是一个比较完备的工作纲要。
