中央关于同意华南分局对海南岛的工作计划的电报

华南分局，并告中南局：

十二月廿二日电悉。同意你们对海南岛的工作计划，请你们认真督促海南区党委加紧实行。海南有老区为核心，土改工作似可较为加快，似可在一九五一年秋季完成一半，一九五二年春季全部完成。只要土改完成，海南就在基本上巩固了。
