今天接到志愿军党委十二月十四日关于精简节约反对贪污浪费给所属党委的指示，中央极为高兴，特转发你们参考。志愿军在前线作战，尚且应该和能够精简节约，我全国党政军处在和平环境，当然更加应该和更加能够大量地彻底地实行精简节约。志愿军准备节约的许多项目，你们应当参照施行。
