三月十三日光明日报载有一篇天津通讯，题为《天津天主教徒奋斗前进，积极展开[自立]革新运动》，写得很好，请予广播，并在人民日报转载。同日该报还登了天津津沽大学教授张羽时的一篇文章，题为《和天主教教友们谈怎样爱教》，说明天主教革新的理论根据，很有说服力，请考虑在人民日报转载。
