毛泽东关于中央一级不准备审判中小贪污犯给习仲勋的复电

二月十三日电收到。（一）中央一级不准备对中小贪污犯举行审判；（二）西北大行政区准备在二月审判一批贪污犯是好的，应选择一亿元以上的大贪污犯，暂时不要审判一亿元以下的。并请先以量刑要点电告。
