市委二月二十一日报告收到。你们二月二十日的会议开得很好，我相信你们的打虎作战会开展起来。希望你们从二月二十五日至三月十日，分为三期，每期五天，共十五天，抓紧检查督促，改进方法，基本上完成上海市各系统内部的三反打虎任务。从三月十一日起阵容整齐地正式开展上海市工商界的五反斗争。
