二月二十七日的电报收到。你和华东局、上海市委诸同志共同决定将上海五反停止下来到三月二十号再行发动的方针及各项处置是完全正确的。这样既有利于现在的三反，也有利于三月二十号以后的五反，也有利于全国的经济形势。
