毛泽东关于严格掌握广州五反等问题给叶剑英的电报

剑英同志，并告子恢同志：

三月三日报告收到，财委军区两系统好转甚慰，望加紧督促，争取本月基本完成军队及广州的三反。同时请严格掌握广州五反，不使引起混乱。某些陷于停顿的经济活动，应大力注意恢复。其他城市，非有充分准备，不要轻易发动五反。
